Ultimate Sissy Simulator v1.2.0-alpha2 + Release Date for Alpha3


Hello friends!

I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about Alpha3. In my previous post, I mentioned that I’d be releasing it before February 20th, but I now have a specific date: March 17 (2025). I'll complete most of the tasks by March 10. However, I'm adding an extra week just in case. Delaying the update was a tough decision, but a rushed release wouldn’t benefit anyone. It would definitely turn into a nightmare.

I’ve been in a constant state of "I need to get the sissy mode out as soon as possible", and I still feel that way. And here I am now, tired and burned out. I need a couple of days off, take a break from my computer, clear my head and then get back to work recharged. Merging the two game modes has turned out to be trickier than I expected, and it needs some extra work. This is mainly why the release is getting delayed. I just don’t have enough time to finalize all the in-game assets.

This update is really important for the game’s future, and I want to make sure it’s the best it can be. I assure you that it won’t be delayed any further. It’s not being abandoned, and I’m not putting development on "hold". I just need a bit more time. I know many of you are excited about the update, and I’m  sorry for making you wait more. This delay will only make the game better.

As I continue working on the upcoming update, I wanted to drop a patch for the current build. This patch fixes some annoying bugs and adds a few new features. This should've been released a month ago, but I was hoping to finish Alpha 3 in time. Anyway, thank you all for your support and understanding! I hope you’ll stick with this project because I have some big plans for it.

Improvements:

  • A sissy in a looking-down pose now looks straight when you open the Appearance settings. (It’s a bit jaggy, but it mostly works.)
  • If a sissy is plugged for more than 10 days, their anus tightness will start decreasing based on the plug's size. After reaching zero, it wasn’t recovering, but it does recover now and can’t go below 5%. This was one of the issues why your character's pleasure wasn’t increasing in sex mode.
  • Spiked chastity cages now cause pain for the sissy's penis. It won’t cause any pain if a sissy wearing a spiked chastity device is unable to get erections at all.
  • Warnings for pain/soreness have been added to the sissy's health warnings.
  • The Mind Wrecker skill has been renamed to Sissymaker (not the Sissymaker y'all have been waiting for, but nonetheless). It works fully now!
  • Payer. You can find this option in the sissy's profile. If you turn it off (red), the sissy for whom it is turned off will pay for their purchases, as well as consumables, etc. This will be expanded and become part of the presets - global settings that will be automatically assigned to new sissies. Anyway, you don't have to pay for your sissies' shit now if you don't want to. You still have to cover their Body modification expenses though.
  • Bonuses. You can now give bonuses to your workers. A $1,000 bonus will increase your character's karma by 1 point. Karma will play a role in future updates, so this feature is kinda important.
  • Sex Results now display all the information correctly.
  • After releasing a sissy from the dungeon, your reputation might decrease based on the relationship status. If it is too low, your reputation will decrease based on the sissy's level of income. Poor sissies won’t damage your reputation too much, while rich sissies can completely destroy it. To prevent this, make sure they accept the idea of "You belong to your master." There's other ways, but this one is the easiest.
  • If you release a sissy from the dungeon and they have an inserted butt plug, they will remove it if the "Your ass is your pussy" idea is not accepted.
  • You can now chose multiple bets for your opponent in the dice game.
  • Sissies that work for you now receive their payments, which wasn’t handled properly before. Sex is now simulated for your sissies, allowing them to increase their anal endurance, gape, and sissygasm. A sissy's clients now counted as sex partners, too.
  • There was an old castration-related bug: when you castrate a sissy wearing a chastity cage, the cage would reappear, and it wasn’t possible to remove it. This is fixed now.
  • Stamina management in sex mode wasn’t applying to Pleasure, it was only affecting the Climax indicator. It now works for Pleasure too. If you turn off stamina management, your character's pleasure will also increase faster.
  • Sex-related demands of your sissies are now fulfilled after sex.
  • Now, if a sissy placed in a cage inside the dungeon, they won't be able to perform tasks. I think this makes sense.
  • Floating chastity cages and collars in a dungeon room are gone now.
  • The exit confirmation popup (when exiting a dungeon room) caused a bug after selecting the 'No' option. The cursor remained on the screen, and movement was fucked up. This issue has now been fixed.
  • Turning off any makeup at times was causing the character's head to turn black. It doesn't do that anymore.

I probably forgot about some small changes and improvements, but these are the ones that are documented.

When you hover over a cage placed inside a dungeon room, it looks like it 'glitches'. It does not, the item is being highlighted. This was a temporary effect and will be replaced in future updates.

There’s a localization-related bug where the date format changes on its own. Ignore it for now. Most of the dungeon-related bugs will be fixed in Alpha3, as a lot of things have been redone.

Hey, this game is great so far and I'm really looking forward to seeing where it goes!


I just had a question about illnesses; I was trying to test out how STDs work in the game and I just can't get them to happen. I've allowed unprotected sex in the job menu, but it doesn't seem like the sissy's number of unprotected sex partners ever goes up, so maybe I'm completely missing something. Are diseases still in this version?

Hello! STDs are still there, but the chance of catching one is pretty low. In terms of clients, only elite clients can currently pay for unprotected sex, and it's very unlikely that they will. I'm trying to make the disease system less punishing and balance it a bit better. In previous builds, diseases were brutal, characters kept dying all the time. There is a lot of consequences for a dead sissy in the game, even though it's not being fully utilized right now.

Also, this is a very basic version of the escort business, essentially without any consequences (for example, if a client catches an STD from your worker, they won't care). It will become much more complex. I don't want to overwhelm people with it at the moment.

That being said, no, you are not missing anything. It's me trying to figure out the best way to implement diseases. Thanks!

In this version I see no option to make sissies accept sex without condoms.

When you select multiple bets only one has an effect when you win.


When you gain an idea through a bet it should be removed from the brainwash list.

And the same for the reverse.

Bets are not finalized, and some options might be missing. This is because I'm working on a new addition to the bets list, which you'll see in one of next week's updates. Also, your sissies will be able to automatically agree to have sex w/o condom.

Multiple bets selection is 100% works for 'Agrees to be your sissy' + 'Agrees to have sex with you' combination. Does that work for you?

You can't make them accept an idea through bets, though. You can make them agree to certain things. I know what you mean, though. If you make them agree to be castrated or start HRT by winning a bet, ideas ('You don't need your balls anymore' and 'You should start HRT') shouldn't be in the brainwash list. That makes sense, but the brainwashing system is not yet finalized, there's a lot of changes will be made to that.

awesome that you're releasing important patches before the next major update. please take as much time as you need :). will there be a discord server and patreon posts created after the release of alpha 3?

I hope I'll have time to launch a discord server with the Alpha 3 release. Patreon will definitely be updated regularly after Alpha 3 is released. I'm also planning to give away a bonus content pack for all patreon supporters once I release Alpha 3. So a lot of it depends on that release as you can see :) 

I'm slow with all the 'community work', but I'm prioritizing development right now. I'm doing my best to communicate with the players while staying focused on development. I'll hire a community manager in the future.

Thanks for the update!  I was wondering if there's a trick to various challenges to get your sissies to accept ideas "on their own":

specifically "Make Them Accept Their Fate" and "Clitmaker"

For MTATF (long term dungeon) I've tried multiple times with brainwashing and betting. I can't seem to get any idea other than "You are a sissy" to advance without spending brainwashing/fear points (also except for the few listed under the new skill).   In my first save on the previous version, I did manage to get 1/5 of MTATF somehow, but after that and 4 other saves I never figured out how that happened.

The 1000 days in the dungeon achievement didn't seem to work in the previous alpha, just FYI, in case that's not one of the dungeon-related bugs you mentioned.  Would be nice if we could get a stat display on that.

MTATF is easy. Just keep a sissy in the dungeon for 250+ days straight. They will automatically accept 'You are a dungeon slave' idea, which unlocks the long-term dungeon agreement.

Now, for 'Clitmaker'. Put a sissy in chastity, an inverted one, that will make the progress faster. Requirements: 1 - 100% chastity endurance; 2 - 150 or more days locked in chastity straight. If these conditions are met, the sissy will accept 'You should be locked in chastity' idea.

They can also accept 'You don't need your balls anymore' idea on their own, this one has more conditions. When the brainwashing system is finalized, there will be a way to play game without planting ideas manually. 

The game doesn't provide all this information, sorry about that. I'm still working on many aspects, and things are changing all the time. That's why I'm not making an in-game tutorial for now.

'1000 days' is definitely not working, it shouldn't have been included in the first place. I'm still working on challenges and overall progress, and many things will change in future updates.

Hi!Thanks for the patch, its nice to see so many bugs fixed. Had a bug when after castration sissy still asks to be caged, is it also fixed now? And take as much time as you need to rest, thanks again for your work.

Hi! I'm aware of that bug, it hasn't been fixed in this patch because I'm working on an updated version of the demands system. Please ignore it for now. There will be two more patches next week, and one of those will fix it. Thank you!
